- Roster details you give us: niche, audience size, and anything you tell us about your rates or preferences.
- Public outreach information: if you publish a business contact or handle on your profile for outreach, we may record it and use it to start a conversation about joining our roster.
- Basic technical data from our website (like pages visited), used only to keep the site working and understand what people find useful.
2. Why we collect it
- To build and maintain our creator roster.
- To match you with campaigns that fit your niche, tone, and rate.
- To send you campaign updates you have agreed to receive.
- To keep our website secure and functional.
3. Consent and email
We only send marketing email to addresses that have opted in, or that are published for outreach purposes. Every marketing email includes a visible unsubscribe link and a List-Unsubscribe header, so you can stop hearing from us in one click. When you unsubscribe, we remove you from our send lists promptly and we do not re-add you.
4. Who processes your data
We use service providers to run the service, including Maileroo (email sending and delivery) and our hosting providers. These providers process data only to deliver our service and are bound by their own data protection obligations. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to anyone. Ever.
5. How long we keep it
We keep roster information while it is useful for matching campaigns. If you unsubscribe, ask us to delete your data, or have no campaign fit for a long time, we remove or anonymize your records.
6. Your rights
- Unsubscribe from marketing email at any time via the link in any email.
- Opt out of outreach by replying or writing to us.
- Access, correct, or delete your information by contacting us.
- Object to any processing you are not comfortable with.
